When a client does not turn up –when walking or cycling –and no contact made we will inform the emergency services. It is sensible to make sure that your accommodation supplier knows the route you are taking. : Parking- on site parking available at owners risk. : Smoking- we operate a no smoking policy inside the establishment. : Pets- We do not allow pets inside the premises. : Kennels- We do have outside dog kennels available for an extra fee. The dog owner being responsible for the care of the dog. All bookings must provide a valid vets certificate. Kennels must be booked in advance. Bedding water bucket and food bowl supplied. : Children- children are welcome from the age of 6 years. : Support and Mobility Impaired- Please refer to our access statement or contact us with any enquires. : Breakfast- is included in the room charge. Served 7.30hrs to 9.00hrs or earlier by prior arrangement . : Evening meals- are available on a pre-booked basis ( preferably 24 hours in advance notice) at an additional cost. : Packed lunches- available on a pre booked basis at an additional cost. : Special Dietary needs- Please inform us of any dietary needs in advance ,we are committed to make your stay as easy for you as possible. : Meals are prepared from fresh local produce where possible.
